Thats about the cutest thing I ever saw. MOM had just said I bet she's on her tummy with her knees under and sleeping.

Yup, MOM nailed it. Yeah, this is just too cute for words. I know that I really like sleeping on my belly and I guess it rubbed off on her. Now before anyone panics, we don't let her do this for very long and not unattended. The books say you shouldn't let babies sleep on their tummies because it may lead to SIDS (sudden infant death syndrome)

But this gets her sleeping at first, then we can flop her on her side or back. You've got to love it.

Jacob could crane his neck around from day one, strong little beastie he is. At the risk of you thinking us bad parents, we never had a problem letting him sleep on his stomach, if it makes you feel any better. SIDS is still quite a mystery, and a heavily overreported one at that. I bet baby Bug The First slept on his stomach :)

Karen and I love that swirl on her wee forehead. MAN! that's a good lookin' baby!
