Sometimes you just have to pull back.
I love to jump into the free exchange of ideas with people. I believe that it is not only interesting but a method we have come up with to make the world a better place. The goal is to hash out ideas and plans and as a result everyone can learn from the exchange. This is not an easy process because quite often feelings enter into the equation. Sometimes the topics hit too close to home and things are said that should not have been.
And sometimes it is good to say goodbye for a while.
