We're going to go for a little drive to Solvang. We have visited there the last couple of years just this time of year and we really enjoy it. I think Kianna is going to enjoy being strolled up and down the streets of Solvang. Maybe we can get some really nice pictures while we're there.

The baby Kianna is finding herself called "bungisngis" lately by her grandparents. What does it mean? Well, it means "smiley" or "giggly" in Tagalog. I'm inclined to agree with this because it is really getting easy to get this little baby to smile big.

It's a welcome departure from the colicky caterwauling ;-)

Ok, so the break has left us all a little lacking in picture updates. We went through and pulled out the best shots since November 4th. It's amazing how different she looks now from when she was just a few weeks old.

It has been quite a while since I've added an entry here. I apologize but things around the holidays invariably get way too busy. On top of that, my cable modem connection died on me for 2 weeks!!! Ugh!

Jason tracked down that crinkle chicken and sent it to Kianna... and there was much rejoicing. She's starting to get interested in objects and I've noticed that crinkling it does casts a real spell over her.
